Head of Digital Banking Partnerships

Vaypa is a fintech startup looking to disrupt the digital lending space for 60+ million MSMEs in India. Our mission is to enable effortless and instant financing for each and every MSME and help them grow by digitally partnering with Banks and NBFCs. Today, only 10% of MSMEs are able to avail traditional finance and a huge opportunity lies ahead to help 90% of MSMEs.

We are looking for an extremely motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead our efforts for building partnerships with Banks and NBFCs in India. If you are someone who truly believes the lending process in India is broken and are passionate about fixing it, this role is for you.

Required Qualifications:

• Atleast 5+ years of experience in Banking partnerships with prior experience building partnerships with multiple financial institutions.
• Experience in Core Banking, with expert understanding of banking processes, specifically lending processes for MSMEs.
• Educational background in Finance/Accounting.
• Willingness to travel to visit Banking partners.

Preferred:

• Individuals with Entrepreneurial Experience, willing to commit to working with an early stage startup.
• Individuals with prior relationships with Banking Partners
