UX Designer Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research, task analysis, conceptual modellingand usability testing.
• Creating user persona, user scenarios, story boardsand data models.
• Build, test and iterate on wireframes and design mock-ups.
• Prepare guidelines and style guides based as per industry best practices.
• Work in collaboration with design & development teams to implement designs and refine interactions.
• Conceptualize solutions to real-world user and business problems.
• Communicating with stakeholders across all levels understanding requirements.
• Mentoring and guiding team mates, junior designers at all levels.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a UX/Interaction/Visual design.
• Demonstrable examples of UX/UI designs.
• You can own the UX strategy and drive it. You can also justify your ideas and influence change when needed.
• Have proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Balsamiq, Visio, Justinmind, InvisionApp,  etc. other wireframe & prototype tools.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the design process, design best practicesand industry trends.
• Have incredibly strong analytical, problem solvingand communication skills.
• Good to have any UX/ HCI certification would be added advantage (Not Mandatory)
• Working knowledge of client-side technologies - HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript/ JQuery/JS frameworks is a plus.
