AI Architect and Executive Masterclass Director

About the Role

We are seeking an enterprise-grade AI Architect and Executive Masterclass Director to lead EMERGENCE '26 (October 21–24, 2026). You will guide 30 non-coder enterprise decision-makers through high-level AI paradigm shifts using real-world analogies ("From Nature's Wisdom to AI Systems") and handhold them through visual, enterprise-grade AI platforms (LangGraph Studio, LangSmith, and OpenAI Playgrounds).

What You Will Build and Lead

• Design and Architect Elite Syllabi: Own the full technical development and delivery framework for our signature premium workshops covering RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering optimization, and Agentic Workflows.
• Construct Live Enterprise Demos: Build the core technical demonstration assets showing RAG knowledge retrieval backed by LlamaIndex and Chroma, exercise sandboxes, and a high-stakes team capstone project template that will be used to run a live AI Agent building face-off.
• Lead Live Executive Classrooms: Facilitate dynamic, immersive learning experiences for 30 high-ticket enterprise decision-makers and senior leaders, driving them to successful functional prototypes.
• Deliver High-Converting Pre-Event Webinars: Lead strategic educational webinars during Phase 1 to build mass anticipation, establish authoritative value signals, and educate early registrants.

Critical Skills and Inputs (Non-Negotiable)

1. Mainstream AI Ecosystem Expertise: Deep operational fluency with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LlamaIndex, and enterprise cloud LLM playgrounds (OpenAI Studio).
2. Handhold Non-Technical CXOs: Ability to guide executives through visual state graphs in LangGraph Studio, showing how to modify node parameters, adjust system prompts, and inspect live agent reasoning.
3. Mastery of Playgrounds: Command of LangSmith and OpenAI Playgrounds to demonstrate prompt evaluation, output control, context-window management, and token cost guardrails.
4. Practical Data & API Architecture: Strong fluency in JSON data structures, schema validation, REST API authentication, and Python-based LLM frameworks.
5. Elite Conceptual Simplification: A rare ability to translate complex computational AI concepts using vivid real-world metaphors (e.g., comparing data distributions to ecological biodiversity vs. monoculture plantations).
6. Executive Facilitation Command: High confidence and polished presentation skills required to command, engage, and inspire non-technical C-suite executives.
