What You’ll Do

We are looking for a smart and artistic Product designer who loves delighting customers with great user experiences. You’ll get to work with top notch engineers and product leaders and build something great for a mobile first ecosystem of customers in India.

You will:

• Work with PMs and engineers to build features that solve business problems
• Create visually pleasing designs which will engage our customers and partners
• Great attention to detail to make our user experience seamless across personas.
• Leverage usage analytics and make data-informed decisions with respect to product functionality
• Conduct user interviews and use information architecture to organize how information is presented to users
• Understand user pain points and solve them with good design principles

Who you are

• A self-starter who loves designing delightful experiences and delivering them on time.
• Meticulous with great attention to detail and a learning mindset
• You have great communication skills and enjoy working with a team
• Expertise in Android material design interaction patterns and web interfaces
• Comfortable with tools such as Sketch, Invision etc. to create design artifacts
• Passion for technology and financial inclusion – to help underbanked customers achieve financial freedom
• 3+ years design experience working on digital products – both mobile and web
• Have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design
