Kabadiwalla Connect seeks to hire a Growth Manager in Chennai, India.

The role will ensure continuous improvement of the candidate’s abilities through active collaborations with Kabadiwalla Connect’s leadership team, which includes advisors from India, Europe and America.

The broad outline of responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  9. Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
  10. Write Research Reports, Blogs, Articles for Kabadiwalla Connect.

Skills for Growth Manager

  1. An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
  2. Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) and team capabilities in English and Tamil.
  3. Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude.
  4. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  5. Ability to demonstrate visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  6. Skills in networking and client relationship-building
  7. Using Social Media to identify and apply trends
  8. Understanding and applying user experience
