HR & International Telent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities :

Talent acquisition: Work with key stakeholders on hiring talent across our offices - Mumbai, Singapore, US. 

  • Create job descriptions and manage distribution.
  • Screen applications
  • Source new candidates from different platforms.
  • Conduct preliminary and post technical telephonic interviews
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and CRM
  • Co-ordinate technical and final rounds with internal stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate candidate hiring and initial joining process.

HR Management

  • Create handbooks and onboarding process for full-time, remote and contract hires. 
  • Performance management and reviews
  • Leave and Schedule Management
  • Payroll management
  • Plan team activities and team culture
  • Talent acquisition marketing. 

Skills:
1. Good understanding/experience of hiring across roles - Technical, Marketing, Sales.
2. Ability to quickly access and filter candidates based on technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
3. Good workflow management.

Preferences:
- Experience working with Startup
- Candidates based in Mumbai.
- Full-time work from office
- Prior experience in International hiring and multi-cultural teams
