Position Summary

Work as part of a team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, configuring, testing and implementing large web and mobile solutions. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work in a structured agile environment.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a data scientist that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products. Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality recommendation engine

In particular, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Data mining using state-of-the-art method, experience in parsing and extracting data from resumes (Unstructured data source)
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data
• Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers
• 3+ years’ experience with common data science toolkits
• Exposure to python
• Knowledge of change management tools (Git)
• Experience with Agile (Scrum)
• Experience with JSON
• Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL database stores such as ElasticSearch/ MongoDB, Cache or similar is desired
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be a proven team player
