Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Front-end engineering lead to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will have the responsibility for owning the frontend engineering, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience building in React JS and takes ownership of the front-end across the products.

What do we expect

• Experience 3 - 5 Yrs working as a React.js developer.
• Excellent knowledge of REACT ecosystem including React.js, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks.
• You battle test the code before prod release.
• You are driven and care about doing a good job and improving your craft.
• You enjoy picking up new things and incorporating those into your skillset.
• You know what you do not know and you are as comfortable asking for help as you are offering it. We advocate mutual knowledge sharing. Nobody knows everything.

The Interview Process

• Introductory call (60 mins)
• Coding Assignments (3-4 days)
• Follow up call to discuss assignment (60 mins)
• Closing call and offer (30 mins)
