Roles & Responsibilities:

This individual contributor role will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, Affiliates, Channel partners. You will effectively manage the paid budget and work with the team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.

  • Perform day-to-day campaign activities for Paid (PPC) campaigns, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (FB, LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Display, Bing, Affiliates, Channel Partners etc)
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Define and develop the digital marketing roadmap, approach, choice of media & platforms – across both performance and branding
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform products - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc
  • Ability to look at data/numbers to see trends and make recommendations
  • Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate). 
  • Suggest ad copy, landing pages suggestions for creative optimisation.
  • Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion 
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Stay current with new advances in online marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research and evaluating the latest paid media tools.

Qualification:

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience , with a significant part of that being hands-on experience with campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google (Search, Display), Affiliates, Channel Partners. A strong grasp of the nuances of each channel.
  • Hands-on knowledge and proven track record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
  • "Best Practices" knowledge of Search Engine Marketing tactics and guidelines preferred.
  • Should be a master of basic search ads and more advanced techniques like search-based retargeting, ad extensions, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Experience operating A/B testing on Ad copy & landing pages.
  • Ability to analyze data through web analytics and possess strong knowledge of Google Analytics will be preferred.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication while keeping an eye on detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
