Agri-FinTech - Business Development Manager

Job Description: (Strictly not limited to the below points though – We are a Startup)

  • Following up with new leads and setting up the meetings.
  • Identify and close customers though inbound leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing subscribers
  • Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities 
  • Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into subscribers
  • Maintain CRM and increase database of prospects 
  • Preparing sales plan and strategies to develop business by identifying potential Subscribers
  • Working closely with the management team & take part in strategy discussions
  • Organizing & managing outdoor events as & when required

 Whom are we looking for?

  • 2-5 Years exp in Sales/ Business Development/ Relationship Management.
  • Someone with strong urge to learn new things
  • Willing to take calculated risks
  • Strong Communicator – Both written & oral
  • Future Leaders of the company who comes up with new ideas and go extra mile & make things happen
  • Someone who could be the brand ambassador of I Support Farming within & outside the organization
