Founding CTO / VP Eng to Head Up New Office

Have you ever been bored working on the same thing day after day? Well so were we! So we decided we wanted to work with a variety of clients in different industries with a plethora of challenges that we were tasked to solve.

Over the last 2 years, we have successfully built up Intrix Technologies into a successful venture in Bangalore and its time for expansion! We are setting up a sister company, located in Chennai, and we're looking for a CTO to take charge of the office. 

WHAT DO WE DO

Our Company has a unique position in the market where we work with start-ups and corporates to build out their mobility platforms, living through the exciting phases of development and launching apps in different spaces. Our clients have included major Indian corporates such as Impresario Group to a multitude of start ups both in India and abroad!

We want someone who will be hands on and code as well as provide technical leadership to major projects. This is a roll your sleeves up, build and lead a team, and do more with less, type of thing. In return, you will be catapulted into a role with significant responsibility and growth, and the founders with the experience and contacts to really focus on growth

EXPERIENCED FOUNDERS
The CEO is a serial entrepreneur with a finance background, built a successful business before and prior to that was an investment banker at Citi in London. The CFO has worked at Accenture/Microsoft and several corporates and startups before.  The Bangalore CTO has worked in the start up space for almost a decade, having sold his first start up in college.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engineering lead (VP Eng / CTO), who can manage the entire stack, and lead tech efforts for all product releases. They would be a founding member of the company in Chennai, and would be expected to build out a strong team around them.

This role is for someone keen on getting in on the ground floor of a startup, with the opportunity to build out and shape the tech function, and work directly with the founders in scaling the business.

• Full Stack Engineer, comfortable working on mobile/web platforms.
• Ability to write codes / should be hands on with coding
• Have an experience heading a team of mobile apps developers (Android / iOS)
• Team Management and Team building is the key.
• Designing, building, and securing technology architecture, including defining the technology stack
