Executive Assistant (Part-time)

● We are looking for someone to be part of our team who can provide remote services for one of our executives ranging from planning to execution of various activities

● They should work from a home office, using their own computer equipment, software, phone and Internet connection

● It’s a flexible position with either full-time or part-time option

Responsibilities

● Managing personal todo-list, calendars, appointments, emails and diary management

● Managing finances(billing and accounting)

● Handle client inquiries by phone or email and send out requested information to customers

● Market research & specialized Internet research

● Preparing various predefined reports

● Prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials

● Managing travel arrangements

Required Skills

● Solid organizational and time-management skills

● Ability to work as part of a team

● Excellent customer service skills and drive and determination to see clients succeed

● Willingness to admit and correct mistakes

● Experience with word-processing software(Google Docs) and spreadsheets(Google Sheets) with good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills

● Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

● Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

● Industry knowledge in technology and software development is a plus
