Responsibilities-
● Execute UXD projects independently with the client
● Good understanding of User-Centered Design methods and processes
● Plan and conduct primary and secondary research
● Analyze the research data & insights into concepts
● Lead and manage all UX design activities with other UX designers, including cross-team
coordination
● Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design
principles
● Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for on-time, quality project delivery
Must-Haves
● Minimum 4 years of solid industry experience
● Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation,
and client relations skills
● Be a clear and effective presenter and influence design decisions
● Proven ability to plan and conduct UX engagements
● Ability to manage their own time in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical
direction from project stakeholders
