We are IntEm Labs Private Limited, creators of the "Mentza" Mobile application and several B2B products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable and reusable frontend components using React, Vue, or other modern frameworks.
- Dive deep into the DOM model and leverage advanced browser APIs for optimal performance and interactivity.
- Optimize application performance, including lazy loading, code-splitting, and minimizing render times.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable CSS using Tailwind.
- Monitor and debug issues related to browser compatibility, network performance, and rendering bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Full-Time availability (no contractors / organizations)
- Proven expertise with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), including core concepts like the event loop.
- Strong understanding of the DOM, including rendering cycles, layout calculations, and repaint/reflow processes.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques, such as prefetching, caching strategies, and runtime optimizations.
- Familiarity with browser internals and tools like Lighthouse.
- Hands-on experience with modern build tools (Vite, etc.) and package managers (pnpm/bin).
- Excellent knowledge of modern HTML/CSS including masking, view transitions, etc.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
