Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for experts who will take ownership of, manage, and develop best-in-class strategies and practices for the email marketing platform. These include, but are not limited to, customer segmentation's, drip campaigns and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities:

• Managing email marketing programs on a daily basis and take ownership and responsibility for list and revenue growth
• Work with creative team to develop beautiful, responsive emails and ensure they are properly coded, tested and scheduled
• Develop and implement a robust auto-responder campaign for both pre-purchase and post-purchase customer experience
• Create a list strategy to cross-sell products, nurture new leads into the funnel and increase lifetime customer value
• Manage exit intent, on-site sign up forms and abandoned cart email logic
• Brainstorm campaign and holiday-specific email creative and proactively
• Produce email content
• Create and manage subject line and email body A/B tests
• Proactively manage and troubleshoot email deliverability issues
• QA test email sends across a variety of email clients
• Continuously work to improve and update email design and content
• Create weekly and monthly reports detailing email list growth, revenue generated through email, and other relevant data

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B digital marketing with North America and/or Europe Customers
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing with proven record
