- Should be able to design Apps seamlessly handling cases where there are connection interceptions. For example, designing offline Apps that work in the basement of a building and later send the data out when it finds a connection. Design Apps that work seamlessly in a low signal area or on a low bandwidth connection or on a connection with interruptions
- Build advanced location based service applications on top of Google Maps API framework
- Take ownership of the design, architecture and planning of the features to be implemented.

- Should possess capabilities to design and build intuitive and fluid user interfaces
- Ensure the App is designed for best performance, quality and responsiveness of the application
- A good number of Apps will be used by internal teams for device fitments, operations, field testing and also be used by other partner organizations/suppliers. Hence should be able to develop quality Apps with in a short period of 2 or 3 weeks of time
