Instawork aims to be the LinkedIn for blue collar workers around the world helping small businesses find and recruit talent easily to they can spend time managing their business.

A graduate from Y-Combinator, Instawork is backed by marquee venture capitalists. The leadership team comprises of half a dozen entrepreneurs and technologists who have previously founded tech companies and had successful exits.

Bangalore would be Insawork's first Engineering Office outside of US in Bangalore and we are currently building a team to work on cutting edge tech in a flat engineering-driven culture.
