Billing and Finance Executive

Job Description

1. Are you the unicorn in taking responsibilities
   2. Overseeing and streamlining Billing and Collections process.
   3. Auditing the Purchase Invoice and generate the sales invoices to the clients.
   4. Monitoring and collecting Account receivables.
   5. Coordinating with our Clients across different verticals and understanding their payment cycles.
   6. Raising, handling disputes wrt to the invoices.
   7. Attuned to performing multiple tasks effectively.
   8. Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
   9. Capability to make timely, independent decisions.
   10. Having an analytical approach towards reports and a knack for solving problems on both sides.
   11. Ready to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Requirement,

1. Degree preferable into commerce/MBA finance.
   2. Min 1 Year Experience.
   3. A must have Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
   4. Go-Getter: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful. 
   5. Excellent Communication: You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
   6. Domain: Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel required).
   7. Tally Knowledge preferable
