Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst , Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI

Looking for Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst. ( Contract or Full Time )
The Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to
• Define and develop a meaningful reporting and analytics framework to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities
• Own metric definition, data governance, reporting and dashboards for the Services organization to empower teams and guide business decisions
• Recommend, develop, and implement key performance indicators to improve business results
• Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations for a variety of stakeholders
• Enable Services teams with best practices around data, reporting and analytics

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related field required, Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence or comparable experience
• Experience developing Power BI and expert understanding of all Power BI elements including apps, data flows, data gateways, data sets, Power BI service
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Knowledge of business intelligence and statistical analysis tools required
• Experience in developing data analysis processes and solutions (reports, dashboards, scorecards, etc.)
• Comfortable with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and are driven to find meaningful patterns and trends in the data
• Familiarity with relational databases, query languages, data preparation, and data visualization required; experience with SQL Server, Tableau, or Alteryx preferred
