Killer RoR (Ruby-on-Rails) developer wanted @Innowhite.com

Innowhite.com is a fast, free and simple online conferencing tool hosted on the cloud. It is a Seattle(WA) based internet startup (in Beta).Having held senior positions at leading companies like Ericsson, Bank of America, and Cisco, we are a small group of passionate individuals who have started Innowhite with the objective of making real-time collaboration more universally accessible i.e to make online conferencing easily and freely available to anyone who had internet access. That said, we are doing some crazy stuff with online conferencing. 
You will be responsible for enhancing existing product, developing api for other systems to integrate with our server, making the application scalable, and develop SaaS model. You'll be involved in every level of the ongoing growth and evolution of the systems that are at the core of our product. You must be passionate about developing innovative and scalable solutions to daunting challenges. You will get the opportunity to work directly with the CTO (well that's the best part of working in a startup!)
Your primary responsibilities include:Solid development experience in Ruby on Rails Ensuring our products meet web standards and function across all browsers and devicesTaking ownership of projects to drive product improvements that will change the world 
Must-haves:Killer abilities with Ruby on Rails, Linux, and MySQL stackHelp design and architect new features for great new applicationsExperience with one or more caching mechanismsExperience in scalabilityOO design skillsAbility to design and implement RESTful and SOAP Web Services within a service-oriented architectureMust be an energetic "self-starter" with the ability to take ownership and be accountable for deliverablesExperience in some Web Design is great
