- Develop Java/J2EE applications

Desired Experience and Skill :

- 1+ years experience in developing Java/J2EE applications

- Good understanding of MVC and ORM

- Experience in Struts, Hibernate, Spring and other such frameworks

- Good understanding of OOD, data structures, multi-threading

- Writing high quality and optimized code

- Understanding of Design patterns

- Contribute towards Architecture and Technical Design

- Improve Architecture and Design approaches/strategies

- Passionate about Technology, Architecture and Design

- Great focus on concepts

- Good client handling & communication skills are preferred
