Senior Principal Software Engineer/Tech Lead

We are looking to hire Senior Principal Software Engineer/Tech Lead who is experienced in virtualization, cloud, distributed systems to work on next-generation container/cloud products. You will be involved in architecting, building infrastructure products requiring knowledge of Kubernetes, virtualization, containers, networking and storage.

Technical leadership, code reviews, pair programming, writing production level code along with unit tests will be your daily job .

Experience:

7-15 years

Requirements:

  • Experience with cloud/virtualization technologies, Openstack, CloudStack, Hypervisors etc.
  • Experience in design, development of cloud products and proficient in any of the languages like C++/Java/Python/GoLang
  • A solid foundation in computer science, with strong knowledge in data structures, algorithms and software design is a must
  • Should have the ability to building distributed solutions
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in development is a must
  • Experience with Container Technologies, Kubernetes development will be a big plus
  • Experience with software development on Ceph, GlusterFS will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Linux subsystems like networking, storage, process management etc.
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle models
