• Preferred IT & Non IT recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (GC/Citizen)
• Sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, Social Media, by emails & phone calls.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Format resumes for Client submissions.
• Coordinating candidate for phone and onsite interviews.
• Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process.
