  • Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources operations,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Team player, dynamic, proactive and analytic, self-disciplined,
  • Ability to multi-task and manage details of different processes efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed, and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the first point of contact for Employees personal inquiries and resolving Employees' HR concerns
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Daily updating employee database. Maintaining leave records
  • Manage office and administrative affairs(Sales, Operations, HR)
  • Provide reports and summaries related to employment issues and other HR related tasks
  • Communication with department managers in terms of hiring new Employees,
  • Report HR function processes to Head Office
  • Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of the designations.
  • Taking active participation on employee engagement activities for the organization.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external consultants on employees training needs and arrange training schedules for employees. Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees
