Operations Associate at Hollywood Focused Startup

Indee.tv is a rapidly growing video analytics company, that provides large film and tv studios with the ability to protect, promote and research their films and TV shows.

Some of the largest film production companies from Hollywood and India like, 20th Century Fox, Star TV, Warner Bros. and hundreds of others use Indee.

The Role :
Before any movie or TV show is released our clients usually test out this content with Indee. We show this to a sample audience while our facial emotion tracking technology automatically sees what kind of emotions they are displaying through computer’s webcam. This helps our clients understand what parts of the video is working well and what needs additional work.

You will be a part of our in-house marketing & operations team and help ideate & execute audience outreach campaigns via Email, Content writing etc. You will be taking ownership of market research operations including online recruitment of the target audience, running the test screenings and reporting.

Ideal fit will be someone who has:

• Excellent communication skills.
• We cannot stress this enough - have a very high attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Ability to learn and understand the existing operational practices at Indee.
• Be excited about changing the course of upcoming movies/tv shows
• You will have a lot of ownership, so you need to be self-motivated with a lot of energy
• Have experience working with large datasets on Excel

Any prior exposure to digital marketing (eg: Google Adwords, Email campaigns) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

• You will be taking ownership of running market research tests for clients.
• You will be helping ideate and execute weekly & monthly multichannel marketing campaigns.
