We have an urgent requirement for an HR - Talent Acquisition Executive an MNC based in Chennai.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.

Skills :
Excellent Communication skill
Good follow up and negotiation skills
Experience in handling Naukri, Monster kind of Job portals
Experience working in LinkedIn is a must and mandatory
Should able to have good rapport and relationship with HR partners and vendors for active openings
Should able to close target based turn-ups
Should able to handle pressure in closing targets
