Short-term contract available for building an Android application for the government. Opportunity to manage product life-cycle end to end and ensure that a sustainable app is left behind for the government to use. You will be working from the client's office and rub shoulders well meaning policy makers.

Great fit for solo-programmers with a social-good/policy bent.
