Senior Software Engineer

What you need to have …. 

If you have top-class coding skills that you can creatively deploy for solving complex problems, we have a seat for you. You need to know

1. Backend:  One or more of Elixir, Python, Golang, Node.js, and Ruby and ready to work on any of the stacks listed here after upskilling
2. Database:  PostgreSQL , MySQL, MariaDB or any RDBMS. Must have strong SQL and performance tuning skills. Should know database design
3. Concepts:  Functional or OO Programming skills, Clean Coding (min. good understanding of basic SOLID principles), Working knowledge of common design patterns
4. Experience: At least 3 years working on high-traffic, cloud-based, customer-facing applications. Applications involving video or streaming are a plus.
5. Soft Skills: Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing. Quick learner
6. Good to have: Experience in  Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes

1. Working on independent features from coding to unit tests and integration tests for our Video Solutions Product Line. 
2. Working on building/integrating in-house and 3rd Party API's
3. Ensuring high quality of unit test cases and dev integration test cases 
4. Closely coordinating between product and tech to align product goals with tech implementation and manage tech deliverables
5. Pro-actively instrumenting code to identify potential issues and troubleshooting thereby and to derive analytics as well (by pro-active coordination with respective teams)
6. Maintaining the tech documentation
7. Tech Task planning for developer members
8. Be a mentor to the tech team

1. Be on the ground with the tech support team as needed to understand and ideate solutions for proactive tech support and minimizing support incidents
