As Associate Manager - Growth Hacking & Business development at iDefi, you will be part of our team that is responsible for new customer acquisition & partnerships in India.You will be responsible for identifying new B2B business opportunities (Startups,SMBs & Academic segment)and converting the whole sales funnel from prospecting to contacting leads,closing deals & sucessfully onboarding B2B customers in iDefi platform.

About The Position
-Handling entire Lead-Sales-Onboarding cycle of iDefi B2B customers- starting from lead generation, product demos,
 follow-ups till the deal is closed & customer is onboarded sucessfully.
-Experice in B2B SAAS Business development/Sales to our B2B customers (Startups,SMBs & Academic segment)
-Setting up a robust, fool proof Growth Hack process.Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of experience in growth hacking/business development ( outbound lead generation/online product demo experience )
- Experience selling SaaS ( software products / services ) is a plus.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding your quota.
