JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an NODEJS/REACTJS developer (1-5 years of industry experience) responsible for the development and maintenance of Web applications aimed at a range of devices including mobile phones, tablet and computers. You will be part of the project team working on the world's largest transportation project. Your primary focus will be to lead the development of Web/Mob applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to client.
• Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and mobile usability design principles.
• Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, test and realise products
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
• Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
• Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features

Skills

• Strictly 3+ years of relevant object-oriented application building experience in a professional environment
• Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding
• Experience with the Node.js framework with HTML5 and CSS3
• Excellent coding skill in Node.js
• Expertise in, ReactJS or other Javascript based UI development frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently as well as guide the team
• Familiarity with Responsive Web design
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}}
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team
• Excellent scoping and estimation skills

Qualification

B.E.(IT and Computer Science) / B.Tech.(IT and Computer Science) / M.E.(IT and Computer Science) / M.Tech (IT and Computer Science) / MCA / M.Sc.(IT) or other equivalent degree.
