Outbound Marketing Representative (Business Development Manager)

RxCura is looking for a dynamic outbound marketing and sales professional to build a scalable healthcare business centered on patient care. Dental & Physiotherapy Healthcare, as a vertical in India is unorganized & ripe for disruption using technology. We are looking for Entrepreneurs who want to do that disruption alongside us.

Responsibilities primarily include conducting targeted, business-to-business sales for digital technology based healthcare solution. In this role, you will make outbound calls into targeted accounts that leverage core marketing messages and campaigns to qualify leads and schedule meetings with Doctors. You will be responsible for meeting with Doctors, presenting the core marketing strategies to Doctors and convince Doctors to sign up with RxCura.

 As a B2B Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will also include,

  • Build the brand in B2B space through effective use of external communications, digital presence, newsletters, Webinars etc. 
  • Effective use of PR - both traditional and digital, and develop appropriate messaging for RxCura
  • Personally visit Doctors to maintain relationships for long term business benefits and ensure adherence to RxCura standards by Doctors.
  • Negotiate with Doctors for best pricing and terms of payment
  • Identify and be the face of the organization at relevant events and conferences
  • Ideate, plan and execute events that lead to greater demand generation
  • Manage the relationship with external creative and media agencies and develop innovative and efficient marketing plans.
  • Define creative agencies scope, staffing plan, and production budgets needed to support offline marketing plans.
  • Manage the production process of advertising creative, through both internal and external agencies.

 

Minimum Requirement:-

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 2-6 years of work experience in B2B offline marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada language will be preferable.
  1. Candidate must be self-motivated to work in Startup environment. Candidate must be to think creatively and innovatively to find solutions for first time problems encountered by Startups.
  2. Strong organizational skills; ability and willingness to do whatever is required to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently in changing environments, and the ability/willingness to learn.
