Opportunity for Business Analyst

Will be responsible to assist external customers with the Product overview & functionality. 

Will represent the organization as a SPOC for all Queries / Doubts / Challenges faced by external customers and channel the queries to the respective teams may it be Functional / Operational / Technical. 

Will also be responsible to conduct Periodic dipsticks with all customers to understand CSAT and take feedback on how the product could be developed further.

Should be working on Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Alternatively  will be responsible for the below activities: ­

· Analyze market behavioral pattern and trends with regards to recruitment based solutions & products and assist in driving key business strategies via periodic market research / surveys.

· Analyze & gather data like customer behaviour insights, identify trends and analyze product performance and key business drivers.

·Will need to collaborate with all internal departments to identify gaps if any & work on improving those gaps by creating processes & systems.

·Would need to have working knowledge of Ms Office (Word /Power point / Excel) to be able to present & showcase your research analysis and findings in an effective manner.
