Job Description:

As a Product Designer at Hectar Global, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the development of visual assets that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to:

1. Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters

2. Creating engaging social media graphics

3. Designing visually appealing website elements

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create high-quality, on-brand designs

2. Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements

3. Ensure that all design elements, layouts, and graphics are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines

4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh design ideas into projects

Qualifications:

1. 2-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

3. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

5. Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback

6. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
