Project Coordinator

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for requirements gathering & defining project scope and objectives

- Manage all phases of the projects and develops detailed charters, project plans, schedules, project estimates, status reports, and processes to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Delegate project tasks based on team individual strengths, skill sets and experience

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure team is clear on objectives

- Develop high-level project scope, deliverables and milestones.

- Conduct regular project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

- Set deadlines, responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project

- Manage the schedule of tasks and deliverables for the team as well as cross-functional departments

Requirements :

- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers

- PMP certification required; PMO experience preferred

- Experience in project management tools, including Jira and Confluence, and a strong point of view on the best tools for project tracking

- Proven working experience in project management

- Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies preferred

- Demonstrate excellent project management, consulting, and problem-solving skills

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Strong in oral and written communications to exchange information, explain procedures, techniques, and answer questions in a clear logical manner
