Product Owner

In collaboration with Hard.Coded, a leader in software development and technological solutions, we are assembling a high-performance team to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 6 months. This project is not just about meeting expectations but exceeding them, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation in the industry.

By leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), we aim to create a solution that is scalable, robust, and cutting-edge. We are hiring for the following positions to form two scrum teams, guided by a visionary Product Owner, and supported by specialists in testing, DevOps, and architecture. If you are passionate about making a mark in the digital branding world, read on to find your role in this exciting venture.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders.
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure work focuses on those items with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with scrum teams to ensure clear understanding of backlog items and the overall direction of the project.
• Act as a primary liaison between the project team and stakeholders, gathering feedback and adjusting the product roadmap as necessary.

Must-Haves:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Extremely communicative, with excellent English proficiency.
• Organized, providing clear and concise communication without long-winded answers.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the field.
• Experience with the MERN stack or similar technologies is preferred.

Nice to Haves:

• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
• Experience in the branding or digital marketing industries.
• A portfolio of successful products that have reached the market.
• Technical background.
• Startup experience, aligning with our company culture.
