Technical Support Executive

We urgently need someone who can help service our customers via our zendesk portal.

Should be able to communicate well in Hindi, Marathi.

You should be technically sound and be able to tackle basic IT and mobile support issues. 

You will be trained to use our software platform and you should then be able to provide support for it to our employees using it out in the field as well as end users.

The role is based in Mumbai, you will be sent for training to Bangalore for up to 2 months.
