HR Manager

Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning
• Manpower planning in line with business priorities, gather business requirements and drive talent management and employee retention strategies including promotions and reward programs
• Worked on Succession planning, market mapping and employee retention strategies to maintain desired head count
Employee Engagement and Others
• Managing Appraisal process which include, process initiation, merit list, rating and evaluation
• Ensure closure of employee relation issues with applicable laws
• Design and Implement employee engagement programs which includes all hands meet and monthly town halls
• Conducting rewards and recognition programs and other events
• Collaborate with HR team and business stake holders in policy formulation
• Work on setting up various standard operating procedures and documenting the same
• Conduct weekly and daily meetings with the stakeholders
Training and Development
• Identifying and understanding the training needs and developing curriculum to meet the training objectives
• Plan and manage training programs for the new joiners
• Post training evaluation and Feedback and identify probable areas of improvement
On-boarding and Induction
• Single Point of contact for handling all the New Hire queries
• Designed and organized On-boarding Program for the new hires.
• Ensuring good on-boarding experience and implemented role-based induction programs
• Handling documentation and the asset requirements for the Hires and completing all the Joining formalities.
Separation Process / Exit Management
• Conduct, document and analyse exit interviews
• Identified gaps and facilitated major Improvements in the Exit Process
• Managed centralized ownership in assigning and revoking access for various tools across the organization.
• Highlighting key morale boosters/concerns to Business leadership group and initiating action
• Ensuring 100% compliance and employee clearance formality smoothly

• Coordinating & managing employee final Settlement with the help of finance department
• Facilitated both voluntary and forced exits

Recruitment and Selection
•  Improvements and developments in recruitment process
• Facilitating weekly recruitment drives ensuring smooth Interview process with relevant pool of candidates
• Proactive in maintaining an active pool of interested candidates for future positions and maintaining the candidate
• Responsible for Documentation, salary negotiation, offer releasing & hand-holding of offered candidates
• Vendor and Partner Management

HR Operations
• Handling the Employee Background Verification and conducting the same
• Timely Payroll inputs to Finance Team
• Handle PF and medical Insurance queries , support and ensure timely claim settlements
• Ensure labor law compliance and coordinating with the vendors for the same
