Support Engineer

  1. Be proficient in dealing with customers on the phone and over email.
  2. Work with ticketing and monitoring systems to take customer issues to resolution.
  3. Good problem-solving skills and ability to be a team player in a challenging work environment.
  4. Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting issues within SLA.
  5. To own the logged request and ensure the closure.

 

Required Professional Expertise

  1. Strong communication skills (Spoken & Written).
  2. Prior experience of 1-2 years in support and/or customer facing functions.

 

Preferred Professional Expertise

  1. Base level understanding of any programming language
