- Be proficient in dealing with customers on the phone and over email.
- Work with ticketing and monitoring systems to take customer issues to resolution.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to be a team player in a challenging work environment.
- Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting issues within SLA.
- To own the logged request and ensure the closure.
Required Professional Expertise
- Strong communication skills (Spoken & Written).
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in support and/or customer facing functions.
Preferred Professional Expertise
- Base level understanding of any programming language
