Growth Hacker

Programming is the new literacy. Everyone wants to code and build new things but finding the best programming course/tutorial is a very messy (time, energy and money consuming) exercise. We, at Hackr.io, are solving this problem. Hackr is a community driven site to find and share best online programming courses and tutorials. We want to make learning programming easy and fun. We are looking for highly ambitious and self-driven Growth Hacker to join us.

Primary responsibilities:
- Handle Hackr's social media accounts to engage and grow users.
- Experiment and execute growth hacking strategies for social networks (Quora/Reddit/FB/Twitter/etc.) to grow Hackr user-base.
- Approaching influencers and engaging with them on behalf of Hackr.
- Offline marketing like going to Hackathons, conferences, etc.
- Getting feedback from the programming community and working with the product team.
- Collect, monitor and analyze metrics and use them to learn and get better.
- Find ways to get users for Hackr and incessantly execute in that direction.

Who can apply:
- You don't have to code, but you should know enough programming to understand programming jokes and answer general Quora programming questions.
- You've tried your hands at marketing and knew that marketing is what you want to do.
