We are seeking a college student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in search engine optimization at a fast growing technology blogging platform. This internship will provide the opportunity to work closely with our founders, SEO specialist, social media specialist to create innovative online marketing solutions.

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

• Gathering, classifying, organizing, and managing keywords through various tools and techniques.
• Ensuring website pages are properly indexed in or excluded from search engines.
• Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools. You will have access to all our analytics tool. 
• Hands-on management of on-page SEO including content optimization, meta-data optimization, and SEO-friendly site architecture.
• The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy. A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO.
• A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO. 
• A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations. An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry.
• Discover link opportunities through competitive backlink research via tools such as Majestic SEO, Ahrefs, Open Site Explorer, and SEM Rush.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as indexing, rankings, backlinks, and serp click-through rates.

<h3>Requirements</h3>

• Well-versed in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Web Master, Internet technologies and applications, pursuing a degree in business, marketing or a related field (Junior or Senior preferred) .
• Working knowledge of internet marketing concept.
• Have completed multiple marketing and/or Internet-related course.
• A team-oriented, hard working individual who likes to collaborate with others and share idea.
• Avid internet user with strong computer skill.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Basic HTML +css knowledge is a plus.
