Mission:
We are on a mission to connect great talent with great opportunities (in the form of contests, jobs, problems, etc.) in the fastest, efficient and the most fun way.

Imagine a room full of problem solvers across every domain of Computer Science (AI, ML, Image processing, functional programming,etc.) - that's like assembling all of disruptors in technology at a single place, clearly a hugely valuable site to build on internet. It's tough but possible.

Every programmer loves to solve a type of challenge in a particular domain at a certain difficulty. We are creating a large library of problems from simple to real-world  in these domains coupled with engaging elements - leaderboard, contests, prizes (similar to Netflix AI prize, etc.)

Backing:
We are a YC backed company and the same team behind Interviewstreet (this is our new product). We have some of the best investors and advisors helping us execute the mission - Vinod Khosla, Jawed Karim, Mark Jung and so on.. 

Traction:
We launched at  TC Disrupt last year and since then grown quickly to much higher than 100k hackers with a retention of >30% in a 3-week period. The app is growing and sticky.

Role:
We are looking for a person who could handle the biz-dev efforts of the product

• To actively engage & interact with the current hackers (get feedback)
• Feature stories on some incredible hackers (eg: Steve Jurveston's kid who is still in high school won a math contest at hackerrank - http://on.fb.me/10aPXGY)
• Strike partnerships with Coursera, Udacity, etc. to power their online classes (we are already going to power NPTEL's classes) 
• Help organize CodeSprints 
• Talk to professors and power CS assignments in all schools
• Manage social media interactions, IRC channel and many more.
