Job description:

• UX/Interaction/UI Designer with 2-5 years of experience.
• In charge of design needs for all products which need UIs to be designed by us
• For other products, in charge of reviewing designs and suggesting improvements
• Main responsibility, for the short-term, will be to design interactions, wireframes for software products
• Should be able to understand product requirements
• Should be able to understand product users (usually, no user research involved)
• Should be able to understand use cases and come up with more
• Must have experience in above for Web and major mobile platforms
• Involves, over short-term, working with a Visual/Web designer to ensure designs are converted into working, usable software UI.
• Additional responsibility, over a long-term period, is to mentor junior Visual/Web designers and build a team around this position
• Prior experience in Visual design an added plus
• Work location:Pune
