EmailPulse is SaaS startup offering AI generated recommendations on the email channel and provides email intelligence for ecommerce businesses. EmailPulse monitors your online store, analytics, email campaigns and proactively generates recommendations on email campaign strategy to increase store’s revenue.  

The role of Growth Marketing Manager will require a passion for technology and it's capacity to have a positive social impact.

Job description:

  1. The development of the short, mid and long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B user & sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition system & infrastructure.
  2. The development and implementation of a winning Lead Generation strategy.
  3. Design, implement and scale channel matrix (paid and organic) to acquire customers and reduce CAC.
  4. Take ownership of the business' reputation and recognition; including brand, communications and content strategy.
  5. Take care of the creative development and publication of a wide range of product-related marketing material from producing blog content, thought leadership pieces, case studies, conducting webinars to conveying our products specs to our customers and partners.
  6. Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks.
  7. Prioritizing growth channels, scaling and automating the growth processes.
  8. Working closely with CEO; enabling him to meet the company’s growth and customer acquisition objectives.
  9. Working closely with Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing features and products.
  10. Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors.
  11. Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with the product team in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
  12. Analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve our positioning in the open source ecosystem and with B2B customers.

You will bring the following to the role of Growth Marketing Manager:

A track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams demonstrating progressive responsibility for marketing.

Experience of working with startups having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan and customer acquisition and retention system.

You will have worked within a SaaS startups.

You will be looking for a fresh challenge, prepared to roll your sleeves up and deliver a winning lead generation and customer acquisition strategy.
