Software Developer

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong proficiency with programming concepts, database systems
2. Deep understanding of database systems such as Sql, NoSql
3. Min 2 years of experience in Node JS
4. Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express, StrongLoop. Experince with Typescript is a plus
5. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
6. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
7. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
8. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
9. Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
10. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
11. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
12. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
13. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
2. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
3. Work with multiple database systems such as MySql, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassendra etc. 
4. Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
5. Integration of data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc
