Project Manager at Gridle

Responsibilities
---------------------------

- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of sass products

- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to project execution

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

- Defining requirements and specifications for new features.

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

- Interact with our customers to define the right problems to solve. Get feedbacks from the users of the product.

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

- Measure product adoption and how successfully features are solving customer problems, and use the data to prioritise the development backlog

- Shape our roadmap and product vision together with other project managers and the leadership team

-Understand Gridle’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

-Maintaining a deep understanding of the competition (both existing and potential) and monitoring the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends.

-Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

-Excellent time management and communication skills

Minimum Qualifications
---------------------------

- 2+ years project management, Organizational and analytical skills

- 2+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products.

Preferred Qualifications
----------------------------

- Experience developing SAAS products, technologies and platforms
