Research Associate

Job Summary

The BD associate will help in the sourcing, research and acquisition of all projects that Grexter will lease within the designated regions and territories. We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented individuals who can manage overlapping projects, keep track of deadlines and budgets, and efficiently use their time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluation of potential locations, conducting thorough market demand research to determine suitability for Grexter’s product
- Maintaining a robust pipeline in designated territories and markets
- Work with Grexter’s and owner’s Legal consultants to execute the required leases and agreements in a timely and legally accurate manner
- Work with landlords to obtain possession letters, rent commencement agreements and other leases related correspondence

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions or brokerage
- Deep knowledge of designated region and territory
- Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction
- Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
- Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous deals simultaneously
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
