Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for business centric graphic design projects, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion and delivery.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing team on all consumer communication projects.
• Responsible for seeking business opportunities, developing proposals and marketing the company’s practices.
• Find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
• Help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, retailer objectives and consumer needs.
• Designing and producing highly creative, impactful presentations for new business pitches and client presentations
• Create e-shot designs for e-marketing campaigns
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, marketing communication designs.
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print/social media posting.
• Interact with Copywriter to develop creative concepts and executions.
• Advise stakeholders on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ Years experience in Graphic Designing softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and similar.
• Experience with typography and various other font styling techniques
• A very good taste of clean and appealing visual design
• Aesthetically sounds, not just with the visuals, but interpretations too
• Sense of tools and techniques to create Character Designs and Motion Graphic Design will be an immensely helpful
• Eagerness to create new flavors/style of designs and not succumb to monotony
