Looking for a Technical Co-Founder for a Product Startup in the Legaltech space

We are building a cloud based workflow management / transaction management tool primarily for law firms / venture capital & private equity funds / financial institutions. We are at an ideation stage and are in talks with angels for raising our first round of funding. We need a technical lead with 10+ years of experience, prefereably creating and managing cloud based products. We need someone who will come on board as a technical co-founder / tech-lead and help with developing parts of the beta version of the product, and help form and mentor the tech team of the Company.
