Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Establishing the organisation’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s tech development.
• Contributing to the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
• Tracking, analysing, evaluating and monitoring the organisation's tech performance.
• Innovating to further the organisation's mission and vision.
• Creating a learning culture amongst the team.

Experience and Skills:

• Excellent programming skills with a strong background in software development and app development is a must.
• An understanding of data science.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Previous start-up experience is a plus.
