Python dev and an UX+UI dev

Looking for a strong python dev and an UI/UX person to work on a small SAAS product as a short term assignment. 

Freelancing / part time / Fixed term OK.

Small consulting companies - please excuse. Looking to work with individuals that could potentially be on a longer term.

The first goal is to push the MVP out in the market.

Validated business model, will pay reasonably to begin with.  More work and benefits based on the market reception. 

Python developer must be able to quickly learn and work on some of the machine learning concepts (NLTK primarily). Should have shipped some products, must be aware of TDD and be willing to write more automated tests for all the services developed. Nice to have: AWS experience. Experience doesn't matter. Curiosity and willingness to try/learn/fail-fast-and-recover does. Language skills doesn't matter, but will be nice to have reasonable English skills.

UX/UI - one person that will define the user experience and be able to write some UI code (jquery,  any latest javascript framework). I can provide references, but must be creative, should know state of the art UI/UX practices and should be able to drive the front end work independently.

About me: 

I come from a tech background and will work on the architecture and product management. I am based out of the US, but will be in India this month (so meetup is possible if you are based in Chennai). One failed launch so far and I am on the next mission backed up with all the lessons learned.
